The music is fun and catchy. On the whole, it will give you the laughs.
It stars Neil Patrick Harris as Dr. Horrible. You'll know him as the face of Barney Stinson of "How I Met Your Mother" or Doogie Howser, M.D.
You'll see Felicia Day as Penny. She's Codex of the web series "The Guild."
Also, there's Nathan Fillion as Captain Hammer, the arch-nemesis of Dr. Horrible. Nathan Fillion is Caleb in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the voice of Steve Trevor in the upcoming Wonder Woman movie.
Lastly, you'll see Simon Helberg as Moist. He is Howard Wolowitz in Big Bang Theory.
